You don't have to move to Europe to reside in the fairytale castle of your dreams. Deep in the heart of Beverly Hills, one California mansion is fit for royalty.
This 2-acre estate located in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood, as featured on a recent episode of CNBC's "Secret Lives of the Super Rich," is on the market for $45 million, and those familiar with the space say it's well worth the price.
The home is "like a 10-star hotel, if that even exists," broker Aaron Kirman of the John Aaroe Group tells "Secret Lives of the Super Rich," adding that it's actually a good deal for the price if you consider all you get.
However, Kirman estimates that to be able to afford real estate with that price tag, you'd need a net worth of around $500 million.

The castle spans 27,000 square feet of space and includes a whopping 10 bedrooms. It's surrounded by its own moat.
Behind intricately carved wood front doors, an elegant foyer and metal-lined staircase greets guests.
In the oversized master bedroom, you'll find a mattress that matches the residency's larger than life proportions. "You could fit like 30 people in that bed — I've never seen a bed that size," Kirman says.
Residents can spend their weekends rejuvenating at the private spa, which features a massage room, home gym and indoor pool. But the relaxation doesn't stop there. Next door, kick back in one of the theater's plush red seats.
The grand library is completely encircled by water and outfitted with a transparent glass floor, which peeks into the home's wine cellar. The cellar itself can hold up to 5,000 bottles of vino.
Outside, the estate is flanked by a resort-sized pool, hot tub and fountains.
